I’m sad to report Patsy Elliott passed away early Friday morning. As we all know, Patsy was a dedicated chili cook who battled her illness for years.

Patsy's service will be held August 12, 2009, 2:00 p.m., at the Northgate Christian Church. The address is 5430 Yvette, El Paso, TX.
