Here we, waiting for snow. It’s about 40 miles away and moving in this direction. Houston is expecting several inches. Unbelievable. Great weather for loading the motorhome and heading to a cookoff. We should have some good stories to tell.

“Roylene Johnson is apparently doing better today. The procedure to "glue" her pelvic fractures together was successful, and her pain medicine has been reduced substantially. She has begun some rehabilitation in the hospital, and will be moved to the rehab facility soon. According ot her daughter, she is somewhat reluctant to get out of bed or stand erect, fearing that she willl fall again.

She is in Room 407 in St Luke's northland Hospital, 5830 NW Barry Rd , Kansas City, MO 64154, but may move soon.” Steve Dowdy
