Entry forms for Texas Men’s State went out in the mail yesterday to all recent participants. Let us know if you need one and we’ll send it right out. We have some new things planned for this year think the event will be better than ever. Plan to attend. The date is March 27.

“Another great weekend at the Tri-State Open Chili Championship in Amarillo, TX. I would like to thank everyone that helped make it a great success again.
On Friday night we had a great meal and a band that played. Also it was the Tall In Texas Pod cook-off and a junior cook-off.
There were 51 cooks.

The weather was good just cold which made it great for the public to come out. It was chili weather. At one time it was wall to wall people in the building. Saturday started out with a great breakfast and a day full of fun. We had 115 chili's turned in.
