“Taping the cooking segment for "United Taste of America" on the Food Channel was great fun. We filmed for a couple of hours, this will be brought down to a segment of approximately 7 minutes. The show will air possibly in February. The premier show for United Taste of America shows tonight on the Food Channel: 8:30 central standard time. Big thanks to Chuck & Barbara Taylor who offered me their hospitality on Monday night, this was a great help so the drive into Austin from Boerne would not be too long. Chuck & B also participated in the filming along with Renee Moore. I was happy to share the experience with them and appreciate their support. Will keep everyone posted on when the segment will air.
