“It is with great sadness that I report the passing of Rayetta Windsor. She battled diabetes these past few years but in the end could not over come the disease. Anyone who met Rayetta knew that John John (Jack) was the light of her life. Four years ago Jack quit his job in Pennsylvania and moved back to Maryland to take care of her when the doctors had all but written her off then. He managed to get Rayetta back on her feet and living life as well as one can with this debilitating disease. Jack and Rayetta had the typical relationship that any of us do with an over protective relative but they loved one another very much. Rayetta was the last of Jack's family to pass and will be dearly missed.” (Jen Windsor)
