I’ve finally recovered from the computer woes of the past six weeks. I’m operating with mostly-restored data on Susan’s computer.

I believe I’ve responded to all requests that I have. I did lose about five months of emails, so, if you made a request and I didn’t respond, please send again. Thanks.

As to the ongoing problems with my computer, they are relentless. I finally convinced the company to take the computer back to their shop for repair. It was a happy day, last Saturday, when they called to tell me the repairs were complete and it was being shipped back to me. I waited for it with much excitement.

The computer was delivered and I opened the box to find a letter included. It said the hard drive was still broken and they were out of stock. One will be shipped to me as soon as supplies are renewed.

I’ve sent a letter to the manufacturer. If I don’t hear something soon, legal action may be next.

Have I said, ‘Don’t buy Dell?’
