"Cheryl Pierson will undergo breast cancer surgery today. She was diagnosed with a stage one cancer on one side only. Hopefully, the surgery, a lumpectomy, will get it all and she can move on. She'll require radiation treatments, but no chemotherapy unless they find cancer in those nasty lymph nodes. We're expecting only today in the hospital." (Bill Pierson)
