“The May issue of the Trails has been posted on the CASI Website and is ready for your reading pleasure. “While at TLS, I lost a compact, lightweight red & black umbrella, with dogs on the border. If anyone found, please let me know. This item has sentimental value to me. Thanks.” Renee Moore

RESULTS and UPCOMINGS

“Yeah, yeah…. We know – the REAL Dog Days of Summer falls between early July and early September. That’s why we’re having the Dawg Daze of Summer SOONER CCO on May 30th. Same fun cookoff as in the past but without the August heat. We’re having a pet contest again this year so bring those cute and talented Chili Dawgs. Bill and Star, Maggie, and Lucille will perform agility and even ‘stupid’ pet tricks throughout the day. So come to Gander Mountain in Corsicana and spend the day with us. There will be lots of neat raffle items. We’ll put in a request for a nice cool day for cooks and canines alike. All proceeds go to the Humane Society of Navarro County. If you have any questions, call Kay Lefler 972-872-2297 or 972-646-5159.” Kay Lefler
