We’re getting seriously back on the chili trail as we head to Houston for the Space City cookoff this morning. Hopefully, we’ll get to visit with many of you this weekend. Plans are for the rest of June to take us to Cheyenne, Wyoming, DFW (Cowtown) and Grand Lake (Colorado State).

“Okay guys…..DISREGARD that date. I am working on another date. I was not aware that Terrell holds their event the third weekend in April every year. (learn something new every year!!) I am waiting on a few phone calls and then will decide on a final date. Whatever weekend we decide on will be the permanent date for all future Cowhill Chili Fest and BBQ cook-offs.

The Commerce 7th Annual Cowhill Chili Fest and BBQ Cook-Off will be held the 4th weekend in April, which is April 24th. This weekend will be the permanent date for the Commerce Event. It will be held the 4th weekend in April – EVERY YEAR!!!!!
