The bird-brained story continues. The "dove" I wrote about two weeks ago is still a member of our family. When we go outside, it's always there keeping us company.

We were away for a week and it flew over to greet the motorhome as I pulled into the driveway. It flew back and forth, from the house to the motorhome, as I unloaded and took things into the house. It flew into the garage and perched on top of the car so it could watch as I prepared lunch in the kitchen.

I made an appeal through Facebook and, along with all the dove recipes and cooking tips, it appears that we might have a homing pigeon that has decided to make our house home. We'll have to find some local pigeon parents to adopt it.

To be continued.....
