On this Veteran’s Day, let’s all give thanks to those who serve our country.

RESULTS and UPCOMINGS

"We had a great turnout for the first CASI CCO in McDonough, A this past Saturday. We were treated to live entertainment all day and there were plenty of events to keep the large crowd of spectators entertained throughout the day. This was the CCO's 6th year and the first year for CASI sanctioning, everything went very well and it looks like we will be back next year to do it again. The CCO crew from McDonough did a great job and we could not have had a better time, what a great place to have a CCO!"

“The Pflugerville Pfall Pfest is over and we wish to thank Warren McDonald for having a CASI cook off there. There were many many folks that came down our street, where 19 CASI cooks and 15 Local cooks enjoyed the day. Unfortunately, we ran out of chili too quickly. Hopefully, next year, we will all bring more chili and be able to feed more. It was fun interacting with the public and really wish many more of our cook offs could be like this. We wish to thank our Co Judges, Jeannette Cardenas and John Caffey, referee Ken Rodd, and the cooks that came and helped and cooked and showed.
