“Everyone come enjoy some holiday fun at the Texas Hill Country Pod 16th Annual Cookoff in Waring, Tx this weekend. There will be a Friday night cook’s party with live music and some domino and card games, too. Saturday we will have CASI chili, Jackpot Beans, and Jackpot Green Chili. Turn-in times are: beans – noon, green chili – 1:00, and CASI chili – 2:00. Saturday night we will have our soup potluck/cookoff, our Christmas decorating contest, and more fun and games!
