“HEB # 5 has again come & gone and we had a wonderful turn out the best yet! And HEB was very please with what CASI was able to do for their charity juvenile Diabetes and is already planning for NEXT YEARS cook off. So plan on coming back! The weather was even the best we have ever had for this cook off a little cool but, no rain! We would like to thank everyone who came out we had 37 cook's this year. Also we want to thank John Caffey for being head judge, Mavis Nelson for being referee, Billy Doss & his tally crew , Susan Dean, Janie Burruss,& Jessie Waguespack,Coby Davis for monitoring Charmaine Rogers& Jeanette Cardenas for helping to clean up and many others I am sure I have forgotten someone I apologize in advance.....we couldn't have done it with out any of you and of course Donna Conrad for getting HEB involved in the first place. Now on to the results.......
