"Come help us make this new CASI cook-off in Columbus, TX a success this weekend. The promoter is brand new to CASI and was late getting the date in the Trails. This is the second year for this event and the first year for CASI chili to be added so if you schedule allows or if you don't want to drive so far, please plan to come out and help make this a great first chili cook-off for them. Cook-off is at the Knights of Columbus Council 2971 two miles West of town on Interstate 10. Turn-in is at 2:00 P.M. for chili and there are also beans, salsa, margaritas, ribs and brisket as well.
