“Calling all cooks: Tomball HEB is having their first ever CASI chili cookoff April 10th in downtown Tomball. Beans will be at 1:00pm and CASI chili at 2:00pm

I will be running the judging for them as this is their first attempt at a cookoff. They will be having Crafts and vendors along with activities for the kids. They will also be selling tasting kits so please bring give away chili if you have any.

Directions for the cookoff are from Houston come up Highway249 until it splits and take business 249 to Highway 2920 in downtown and the store is on your right. From the Austin area take 290 t0 Waller and exit at Highway 2920 and take a left to Tomball to Business 249 and the store is on the right across the intersection. From Spring take 2920 to Tomball to Business 249 and the store is on your left. The cookoff will be on the north side of the store, ( that's the 2920 side ).

As you know HEB is a CASI sponsor so come on out and lets show them that we support our sponsors. As with all HEB cookoffs TABC rules apply so no open containers, please keep any alcohol in cups and out of sight. Please come out and help me make this an annual event. Thanks” Earl Who? Gorhum
