“Yeah, yeah…. We know – the REAL Dog Days of Summer falls between early July and early September. That’s why we’re having the Dawg Daze of Summer SOONER CCO on May 22nd at Gander Mountain in Corsicana, TX. Junior Division chili, CASI chili, and Bean competition – see the Trails for details. There will be a pet contest again this year so bring those cute and talented Chili Dawgs. Bill and Star, Maggie, and Lucille will perform agility and even ‘stupid’ pet tricks throughout the day. So come to Corsicana and spend the day with us. There will be great raffle items including an enclosed Cargo Craft trailer, a Dell Computer gift card worth $750, a Wii gaming system, and MORE. We’ll put in a request for a nice cool day for cooks and canines alike. All proceeds go to the Humane Society of Navarro County. If you have any questions, call Kay Lefler 972-872-2297 or 972-646-5159.” Kay Lefler
